PT's Coffee Roasting Co. Est. 1993. Without the love, it's just coffee. From tree to cup, coffee is a beautiful journey. We live by our motto: "Without the love, it’s just coffee."

Our coffees from around the world are carefully harvested, processed at origin, and delivered to our roasting plant, where they are roasted by our expert staff, taking great care to maintain the quality and highlight the unique flavors that each coffee offers. The farmers who grow our coffee are not just suppliers, they are our friends and partners. Exceptional coffee is born from great partnerships, and our partners are selected for more than their harvests—they are socially responsible and environmentally conscious. Recognized for award-winning small lot coffees, PT's is among the leading roasters reviewed by industry resource Coffee Review and was named Roast Magazine's 2009 Roaster of the Year. Our passion for coffee does not stop with roasting the best coffee in the world; we are also passionate about its preparation and service.

We’ve been huge fans of Hazel Hill Chocolate for a while now, so when Nick reached out to see if we’d be interested in featuring their chocolate syrup at our cafes, the answer was a resounding yes!

We hope you love the change as much as we do—not only are we excited to be supporting another local business, but it’s also some pretty tasty chocolate that pairs oh so nicely with our Flying Monkey espresso. Finca El Socorro's washed Gesha lot has a storied history: first place in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence competition in 2020 and 2023, and top five in 2024, 2025, and again this year.

Needless to say we're *thrilled* when the new harvest arrives and development roasts hit the cupping table each year.

The cup is lush and elegant with notes of white peach, floral violet and coriander, and bright clementine. A real treat available now in our Blue Label line. Roasting on Mondays and Thursdays while supplies last!

What a great start to the week 🙌 We’re honored to announce that Tres Dragones Natural has been selected as a finalist in the experimental coffee category for Coffee Review’s inaugural Kenneth Davids Cup!

Café Granja La Esperanza's Tres Dragones Natural has achieved a cult following among our customers over the past few years, and rightfully so: it's one of the most uniquely flavorful lots we source on a regular basis. The coffee cherries are carefully hand-picked and sorted before fermenting for 36 hours under controlled temperature. After fermentation, the coffee begins drying in a silo for 48 hours, then moves to a solar drying facility for 15 days, until it reaches a moisture content of 11%.

We love this coffee for its trademark strawberry flavor and bright citric acidity alongside baking spice and vanilla notes reminiscent of rum. It’s truly one-of-a-kind.
