Tonight we are serving the VIP dinner at the Roar and Pour event . We are serving a Braised Pork Ragu Cavatappi with grilled zucchini with fire roasted red peppers, and spinach salad with candied nuts, cranberries, and apples tossed in an apple vinaigrette.
