In the alcohol industry, one of the best parts of the Fall season are the new releases of seasonal items that hit the shelves for a limited time. It's too bad that one can't taste test them before deciding to make the purchase... or is it?
As the temperatures cool down outside, inside our store our free tastings are heating up! If you want to start your weekend off right, there is always a good chance that we will be hosting an in-store sampling at Vern's on Fridays for the next handful of weeks, from either 4pm-6pm, or 5pm-7pm. Rum Punch Recipe
2 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Ice
Orange slice or cherry for garnish
Directions

Fill a shaker with ice.
Add both rums, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and grenadine.
Shake well.
Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange slice, pineapple wedge, or cherry.
