It's that time again..... Thanksgiving. I will only be doing 10 smoked turkeys this yr..
12 to 16 lb turkeys smoked with hickory/pecan mix. They will be delivered Thanks giving day by 11 am. Unless otherwise discussed. Turkeys stuffed with carrot celery onion and apples and butter throughout. Salt, pepper and my own light seasoning.
Price is $65.00 per turkey delivered with vegetable stuffings. These are pre paid only.

Taking orders on smoked slab of ribs for game tomorrow. Ribs are going on at 9am. Will be done and delivered by half time of chiefs and broncos game.
St louis cut spare ribs smoked in a blend if hickory and cherry wood. Dry rubbed with Porkys own recipe rub. Sweet and spicy.
Full slab- $22.00
Half- $12.00

I HAVE 12 SLABS OF BABY BACK RIBS going in the smoker in the morning, will be done by noon. They at dry rubbed with my own rub. It is a sweet hot rub. Hickory smoked with alittle peach and cherry wood. They are then mopped with my habanero apricot pinapple glaze. Nice sweet with alittle heat....AWESOME!

Everyone please Come on over tomorrow afternoon to Kickstart saloon. PORKYS BBQ will be there serving up there awesome BBQ for "blakes ride" Saturday. Menu consist of Pulled pork, brisket, ribs, smoke chicken. We will always have our staple of burgers, brats, hotdogs and steak street tacos.

I am smoking and making candied bacon. I am only doing 10 lbs. . it is smoked with hickory and. Brown sugar. I have 2 kinds. sweet, ....sweet and spicy. $8.00 for 6 pieces or $15.00 for a dozen. Pm me for orders. Thanks
