🌱🥚 LOOK WHAT WE’RE GROWING TOGETHER! 🥚🌱

Thanks to the generosity of our incredible backyard farmers, community partners, and volunteers, Kinship Farm's Grow Food for Good program has already made a meaningful impact across our community in 2026! 💚

So far this year, together we have gathered:

🥚 3,295 chicken eggs donated by our backyard farming families

🦆 517 duck eggs donated by families with flocks and the Cuvilly Arts & Earth Center

🥬 460 pounds of fresh produce and herbs harvested from our gardens and the GFG Keyhole raised bed in the children's garden at the Cuvilly Arts & Earth Center

♻️ 961 pounds of food waste repurposed! Thanks to the Acord Food Pantry and our backyard farmers, food that might otherwise have gone to waste has been given a second purpose—feeding farm animals and helping us create nutrient-rich soil through our composting system.

🌎 That's the beauty of Grow Food for Good—nothing is just one thing when you are cultivating neighbors to do good within their community.

An egg can help feed a neighbor.
A garden can grow fresh food for a family & friends.
Food scraps can nourish farm animals.
Organic waste can become healthy soil.
And, healthy soil can help grow even more food. 🌱

Together, we are creating a beautiful cycle of generosity, sustainability, and community care.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to every backyard farmer, gardener, community partner, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter who has helped make this possible. Your generosity is helping ensure that more families in our community have access to fresh, nutritious food. 💚

Together, we continue to GROW FOOD FOR GOOD! 🌿🥚🥕♻️
