Your voices have been heard… and we’re excited to announce that we’re EXPANDING OUR HOURS and are now OPEN WEDNESDAYS from 4–9 PM! 🍻🍷🍹

The weather is looking beautiful this week, making it the perfect excuse to sneak away, grab a drink, and enjoy a relaxing evening on the farm. 🌤️🌻

🍔 Butter “UR” Biscuit is rolling out some delicious new menu items that you won’t want to miss, while 🍪 The The Whoo(pie) Wagon continues to serve up the sweet treats we’ve all come to love.

From sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients to thoughtfully crafting every drink from scratch, Emma and her team pour their hearts into every cocktail we serve. The result? Fresh, farm-inspired cocktails that celebrate quality, creativity, and craftsmanship in every sip. 🌿🍓🍋

✨ Not drinking alcohol? No problem! Our handcrafted mocktails are becoming farm favorites and offer delicious options for everyone. Many are naturally gluten-free and packed with the same fresh farm flavors. 🍹

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!! Today’s bittersweet…it’s our first Father’s Day without one of our sweet Opa’s. But he wouldn’t want us to be sad…he’d want us to be with family and friends and celebrate the day…so that’s what we are going to do! We are so lucky to have had/have these special Dad’s in our lives! We wouldn’t be the people we are today without them! We are missing Opa Michael today…he’d be tickled pink seeing all the amazing chaos at Alfalfa Farm! He was the best husband, friend, son, brother in law, cousin, uncle and Dad anyone could ever ask for! We’ll say the same for Opa Willie…truly one of a kind! Made the trek over from Germany in his 20s and never left (thank goodness)! None of us would be able to enjoy Alfalfa today if it wasn’t for Paul and Brian’s crazy business ideas to create such an amazing venue…bringing Craft Beer, wine and spirits to one beautiful space. Thank you Paulie for being the most patient and best Dad to Drew and Alix…and to all the kids you take under your wing and mentor. You truly are an inspiration! And to all the other Dads on our Team…Tim….we’re so thankful we found you….you’re invaluable! Ian…happy first Father’s Day to you! Thanks for working so hard and making incredible beer! This time last year, we were sitting around a table sketching ideas, dreaming about how to create a communal gathering place for the North Shore—a place where friends, families, neighbors, and strangers could come together over great beverages, food, music, and meaningful human connections.
Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined the support, enthusiasm, and community that has embraced this vision. We are forever grateful and humbled by each and every one of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Father’s Day weekend is almost here!! Wishing all the dads a happy Father’s Day from all of us at Alfalfa Farm Cellars! ❤️🍻
Let’s celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and role models who helped shape who we are. Bring Dad out to the farm, raise a glass together, and make a few memories along the way.
We have an amazing lineup this weekend with live music from Judes & the Hutch , Goldmine+, and The Buzz , delicious food from Butter “UR” Biscuit featuring some authentic German brats, sweet treats from Bluebirdmobilebaking and The Whoo(pie) Wagon , and don’t forget Yarn & Yap 🧶 tomorrow night for all of our talented fiber artists and makers!
But today, our hearts are especially focused on our ZWEI Opas — Willibald Waldemar and Michael Trent.
They broke the mold.
They taught us the value of hard work, humility, family, and perseverance. They provided tireless inspiration, unwavering support, and unconditional love. Their fingerprints are on so much of what we do and who we have become.
As many of you know, we recently lost one of our Opas. While his chair may sit empty, his presence never will. We’ll honor his memory relentlessly, tell his stories often, laugh at the memories, and raise a glass in celebration of a life so beautifully lived.
This weekend isn’t about mourning what’s been lost—it’s about celebrating what was given.
To all fathers, grandfathers, and especially our beloved ZWEI Opas—thank you for the lessons, the sacrifices, the wisdom, and the love. OPENING EARLY FRIDAY 2pm!!!!
