The B-Irv Garden

The B-Irv Garden The B-Irv Garden is a small, family run, first generation garden and greenhouse. We classify ourselves as a "tiny urban farm".

We provide our community with locally grown seedlings, tulip bouquets, fall mums, and farm fresh veggies.

After the most hectic spring I think we've ever had, the 2026 B-Irv Garden as finally been planted! We typically have peas half way to maturity now, and our greens ready for harvest - but they were all just planted two days ago!

The way I see it, we will have a greater volume and variety in a little later in the season than we've come accustomed too - which is A-Ok with me!

Thank you to everyone in the community who visited our stand over the weekend! This was our most successful seedling sale to date!

We set a goal this year to sell 1000 seedlings, and ended up getting out just over 1200 seedlings.

It is so great to be able to serve the community with quality seedlings for their gardens, and we appreciate the support to allow us to grow more and more each season.

We will leave the stand open for the remainder of the week with what we have left if anyone is looking for what we have left:

swiss chard

Happy Sunday!

Today is our last day open for our annual seedling sale. We have allready sold over 250 more seedlings this year than we did at last years sale we would like to give a huge THANK YOU to such a supportive community!

We still have a quite a few veggie starters looking for their forever home! Here is what we have left for today:

We are excited to announce our 5th annual seedling sale!

Come visit our self-serve stand from Friday 5/29 through Sunday 5/31. 8am - sunset each day, or while supplies last.

2 Wood Avenue in Topsham

Some new offerings this year include broccoli, brussels sprouts, thyme, thai basil, and dwarf sunflowers! We will also have the classics:

Yellow Summer Squash, Zuchini, Butternut Squash, Acorn Squash, Eggplant, Peppers, Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Pickling Cucumber, Pumpkins, Dill, Basil, Swiss Chard, Kale, Bush beans, and more.

We are now fully licensed by the state of Maine to sell plant stock!

First come, first serve. $2 a seedling, or 3 for $5. Cash, Check or Venmo.

We are sold out of bouquets!

We didn't expect the amount of interest that we garnered! We apologize to those who weren't able to get a bouquet, we will definitely be doing a higher volume next season. Thank you everyone the overwhelming support!

We are happy to announce that we will be having our first ever tulip bouquet sale this Saturday! (Just in time for Mother's Day!)

We plan on opening our self-serve stand for the first time of the season at noon and stay open for the remainder of the weekend or until sold out.

Bouquets will be made up of a colorful arrangement of atleast 10 stems and will be $10 each. Cash or Venmo accepted!
