We don't know when the lobby decided that needed a . Ice cream awareness seems pretty solid, already. However, we at the HQ decided to use the occasion for own purposes and went with , instead. Check out our Grasshopper featuring chocolate chip ice cream, peppermint whipped cream, chocolate chips and crust (optional/encouraged chocolate syrup drizzle). We posted an in-process shot of this one a few weeks ago. This was the finished version! The Pink Lady is full of cherries and blueberries, wrapped in a flaky, buttery crust & topped with pink frosting and pink sugar sprinkles. You were thinking it & we're confirming it: we are now in direct competition with Kellogs Pop Tarts. // Suggested would be "Ensorcelled" by The Rare Barrel...a dark sour, oak barrel-aged with raspberries. // photo by Bernie Wire
