New Galaxy hopped NEIPA tasting good, best for the next few weeks.

Brew Day 68 and maybe the final one or one of the last few. Galaxy NEIPA with English Pearle malt and English and Canadian oats. Ready around Memorial Day.

New Imperial Robust Porter tasting good outside on the tasting deck. Half batch in a smaller keg so only one pour per visitor ,other half in bottles aging until next fall-winter. Probably 2nd or 3rd to last beer before brewing retirement. Galaxy NEIPA next for May-June.

Using up leftover grain to brew my 2nd to last beer, a Porter. Retirement after the spring IPA, but maybe a special occasion beer once in a while if anything else. Going to be a strong one with an original gravity of 1.076.

Otter Creek Stovepipe Porter clone recipe finally ready. Thought the smoked rye Porter I did last year was closer to that, but this is good on its own. 5 gallon keg no bottles so any help/reviews are welcome.
