SULFORAPHANE
What is it? If you follow Dr. Rhonda Patrick or Joe Rogan , perhaps you’ve heard of this magical compound. Sulforaphane is found in cruciferous vegetables (kale, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, ect.), and is activated when chewed and digested (to put it simply). It is a HUGE combatant of inflammation and can prevent neurological diseases, cancers and improve brain function. Broccoli microgreens contain up to 100x MORE sulforaphane than its mature form. Because it’s packed in such a small plant, you don’t have to take more than a few grams a day to feel the benefits. Add it to a smoothie or sprinkle it on pretty much anything. This is a true superfood!

Early morning planting! Mac is here for the early morning belly scratches. These microgreens have been helping our household stay healthy this year; a year that has been exceptionally bad for a combination of viruses 😞. It always amazes me how quickly these seedlings can sprout and be ready to eat! SMALL AND MIGHTY! Stay healthy.

New product alert! Most of the microgreens surplus we typically feed to our hens (and they love them), however we decided to experiment the with our dehydrator, and voila! We now have ground microgreens to sprinkle on whatever your healthy heart desires (which is nutritious food, duh).❤️ 🤤

Our Kale Microgreens have a mild kale flavor with a little spice. Kale is an extremely nutrient dense food. With microgreens you can receive all of the health benefits of kale and avoid the sometimes bitter taste that comes with full grown kale.
