Son-Cada Farms is in it's 122nd year of operation as a dairy farm owned by the Wanck famiy. Our farm is located near Towanda, PA in the Endless Mountain Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The farm consists of 2 parcels, each approx. 70 acres, growing grain and hay crops. The dairy facilities consist of a 40ft x 200ft dairy barn with 72 tie stalls, stainless steel pipeline, 1250 gallon bulk tank,
20ft x 60ft silo, produce storage shed, and 40ft x 250ft feed storage pad. Heifer facility is a 34ft x 90ft two story barn with 37 tie stalls and a 14ft x 55ft concrete stave silo. Additional buildings include a 30ft x 40ft workshop and two grain storage units with 7000 bushel capacity. It is a 3 bathroom, 3 bedroom house with an attached office. It has a 12ft x 30ft deck on the back of the house and a 6ft x 25ft porch on the front of the house. The basement is a fully furnished apartment with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and full bath.
