Lagrecas Meat Market in downtown Hamilton is having their grand opening today, Thursday June 18th. They are offering our butter for sale including 8oz Meadow Butter, 8oz Garlic and Chive Meadow Butter, and 1lb rolls of bakers' Butter. Great meat deserves great butter.

A LaGreca’s twist on a classic Italian sandwich served with an assortment of our deli meats, veggies, cheeses, all chopped and loaded onto a homemade hoagie.

PORK BELLY B.L.T.
Freshly sliced and house made pork belly, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on homemade bread.

LOBSTER ROLLS - TWO WAYS
Connecticut hot butter-style or cold Maine-style on a homemade roll.
*All lobster shipped to us directly 3 times a week for top quality!

Our breads are made with love from Sweet Confections by Dawn in Sherburne, NY. They'll be available to purchase as loaves along with delicious sweet treats.

The longest days of the year are almost here.

For a dairy farm, that means earlier mornings, later evenings, greener pastures, and plenty of work in between.

June is one of those months where everything seems to be growing at once.

We're glad to be along for the ride.
