To create an indoor that has an open airy feeling, we built an arched steel truss building. The 70’ x 200’ indoor area has ceiling heights up to 18’, with no overhead beams or rafters. Tons of natural light pour in from a translucent curtain wall, and upper level skylights. The design allows the arena to be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Horses and riders love it.
The indoor is equipped with mirrors, a sound system, and a watering system. An overhead door at the one end of the arena allows for ease of access, as well as more light and ventilation during the warmer weather.
We installed a unique European style footing, that has become the ‘gold standard’ for many other local indoor arenas.
For convenience, the main barn is attached, so you don’t have to worry about the trek from the barn to the indoor in cold or inclement weather.
