Choosing pasture-raised, organically fed eggs can reduce exposure to harmful chemicals and antibiotics often found in conventional egg production. Pasture-raised hens have access to a varied diet, including greens, insects, and seeds, which leads to eggs that are richer in nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A and E compared to conventional eggs.
