Raising pigs isn’t for the faint of heart, but luckily you don’t have to raise them to get local registered Mangalitsa pork in your freezer! We just got a whole pig back from the magicians at PF Meat Co. and it looks glorious! The boneless chops look like New York Strips! In case you have fallen victim to the idea that pork is “The Other White Meat” (and just as flavorful!) let us change your mind!
