Woke up today deciding to make a quick for family, something simple. But my stamina to want to cook is the high moment. Pour into people you love, respect, & adore while they are still here, we all don't have many summers left. Scrambled eggs w fotina cheese, parsley, spinach, cilantro sautéed onion, yellow peppers, tomato: on Killer Dave sweet honey buttered, English muffin and blueberry compote, plate drizzled w/ maple jalapeño rum glaze. I told many, "if you ever let me get on my feet, from dialysis,I'd burn this world on fire with my gifts."Look at me ma'!" ,

Currently as I walk many people through a 45 day fast through TB7WELLNESSCOACH (inquire if you want a change), I'm always asked what to eat with flavor. So I'll add this recipe. However substitute spinach, sweet peppers, or french string beans instead of broccoli (man made, hybrid, poisonous vegetable). Instead of reg. Italian durum(type of unfriendly diabetic flour) pasta try a veggie (fiber rich, diabetic friendly) pasta made from lentils, artichoke, or spinach. Delicious.

It's been a min since feeling up to cooking ,my financial team of wealth builders had a pot luck get together last Sunday, Bro. EC Cruell made the yard bird - grilled to perfection and I threw out Gourmet 5 cheese cavatella pasta n cheese w panko crust and grilled Hawaiian Salmon over apple wood. Sorry for the pics they couldn't wait to dig in, I got back-end pictures.

Don't know if coming back catering but for now I'll keep experimenting with delicious recipes for my cook book.

Had a last minute, last night catering gig. My ride or die, Program Manager- Dashawn Green, referred me to cater Tiffany P. Birthday Reception for wife Von. It was a great event, menu consisted of:

Got up feeling amazing, after submitting another grant for bee hives, bringing in supplies to establish honey bee colonies. Why? To teach youth how a little insect pollinated 87% of all the fruit & nut trees, vegetables, fruit, and flowers. So we can use raw honey to be effective in food insecure areas.

I decided to cook family a meal, breakfast tacos
•scrambled eggs n' cheese
•Turmeric rice
•Sautéed onions n' peppers
•Wheat tortilla
•Green Goddess dressing
•Salsa
