Yesterday we catered a wedding for 175 guests at a beautiful ranch in Livermore. We pulled it all off without a kitchen. I wish we had taken more pictures of our food but it all went by so fast. We served fruit and cheese, spicy garlic shrimp, tomato and basil bruschetta for appetizers and Tri tip, Chicken Piccata, Garlic Mashers, Green beans with roasted butternut squash and bacon and a delicious market greens salad for dinner.

Today we had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding at an amazing private venue in Oakdale. We went with the bride and grooms request of a Hawaiian style menu. It was a little out of the norm for us but it was delicious and was a great event!!
