Véraison (or “ripening,” for the non-Francophiles amongst us) is marked by the change in the color of the berries as seen here in our Pinot Noir block. We’re thrilled and honored to be participating in tonight’s James Beard Foundation dinner at the Open Space, one of the many incredible events that comprises this year’s Traverse City Food and W**e festival.

Our 2016 Pinot Noir D. Cuvée will be paired with the busiate alla Trapanese course prepared by chef and co-owner of SheWolf Pastificio & Bar Anthony Lombardo.
