Today was one of those days were I cut up a beef, cut it into nice steaks, then turned it all into hamburger for the customer. Yes, the customer had me do this. Yes most of the time I will still cut steaks and roasts from a beef, even if it is just a burger cow. I do it for practice and not to get sloppy with bones! Old School Cutting only at TC Butchering!

My Super Powers!

They come in on trailers.
They go into separate holding pens for a couple of days.
They get to hang out with me for a couple of days before I kill them to let them settle down and give you a better product.
Then they go to the killing floor wear the animal is washed, skinned, and gutted and gotten ready for the walk in.
Meat is split in 1/2 or 1/4s and tagged with owners name and date.
Later meat is moved into cutting room to be custom cut to customers orders.
Meat is cryo packed and grinds are stuffed and packaged.
All meat is boxed up and labeled with customers name.
I call customer and tell them that I am done and they can come get there meat.
