As some of you may know I have been fighting Cancer for years. I have been blessed with this s**t again! This makes 5 times if anyone is keeping count. I will be spending a lot of time down in Ann Arbor at U of M for treatment and surgery again. So just a heads up, I may NOT always be at the shop, but the shop will be Open and I have left it in Good hands when I am not there. These fights get longer and much more harder as I get older. I will still process as long as I can! Thanks, Terry

TC Butchering will be Open this weekend from 9-5 both Saturday and Sunday for the Early Antler less season. We are also excepting Donated Deer to be distriberated to local food pantrys. Prices are the same as last year, 169.00 per Deer and we make the best smoked meats you have ever eaten! Give us a call when you get your Deer this year and see the difference!

TC Butchering once again will be processing Deer this year for the Liberty Hunt and Early Doe season on Sept. 12 and 13, 2026 Hours will be 9 to 5 both days!

Just a heads up, TC Butchering will be Open on September 12 and 13th from 9 to 5 to accept Deer for the first Deer season of the year. More details coming soon!

Well, what I thought was going to be a basic surgery now has gotten a lot more complicated. My Cancer has returned ! Now we make a new plan and start over again. This was not the news I was expecting at all. But I will deal with it again! The shop will stay Open and we will do our best to continue to meet our customers needs. Thanks, Terry

Well, all the arrows point at the dots and it looks like your favorite butcher will be going back to U of M for more surgery very soon. Going for a meet and greet this week with the surgeon and talk about things. The shop will stay OPEN! I have put together an excellent team to help me while I will be down. Please keep the animals coming. I will beat this again! I have to! Giving up is Not an option! Thanks,Terry
