It's truly been an exceptional year, marked by record-breaking syrup production that wouldn't have been possible without the tireless efforts of loved ones and friends. We experimented with innovative techniques, and the results exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Michael Pagillo and Amanda Pagillo for their outstanding contributions. And of course, I have to thank Sugar T**s for some insight and equipment.

Well, we bottled six gallons, boiled down about 250, and made a gallon of maple cream. Productive day for sure.
