Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m the creator of Yumms Charcuterie, which I opened in April of 2021. I have a passion for entertaining and obviously Charcuterie and graze boards/tables! As an artist and a major food lover I discovered this to be my passion- as a lover for art of many mediums I found myself creating whole mastering meals and entertainment through food. I created my first board back i
n 2021 and then it hit me, my love for food and art make the most sense to me, from there I just started to create! I currently serve Boise, Meridian and Eagle ID as well as other surrounding cities here in the Gem State. Yumms offers curated charcuterie and graze boards/tables for corporate and personal events on a variety of scales. Over this last year it’s been incredibly fun, and a pleasure to create and serve my hometown. Daily I continue to grow with different add-ons and accompaniments. Which may include:
- Artisan cheeses
- Premium meats
- Fresh seasonal fruits
- Jams and spreads
- Assorted crackers and breadsticks

- Assortment of sweet accompaniments (chocolate
covered nuts, candy, etc.)
- Fresh herbs
