Grateful to grow garlic for 10 years with our family, and for our friends we’ve known and met along the way. We’ve learned so much (we have this thing finally figured out!), accomplished so many goals, and most important our children have developed a strong work ethic!
We’ve decided 2026-2027 will have less garlic in our future- spending time with our kids (16 & 13 years old) while they’re “still home” and hoping to make some memories doing what a lot of farmers don’t- doing a few vacations- across the USA and going across the big pond.
Traveling is exciting for sure, but will need to scale back on the garlic we sell- as it doesn’t plant, w**d, harvest, clean itself, and jump into boxes to ship out across the USA on its own. It takes time. A lot of time. And time is what we’re going to focus on as a family this next year. If we dont have garlic for you this summer when the time comes, we’ll be happy to refer you to a network of growers that we know that also grow great gourmet garlic.
We will put out a more detailed newsletter in the upcoming month or so of what our plans are. Thankful for our health and all of you that have made our garlic journey so great since we “went big” with this idea we began kicking around on New Years Eve of 2013.
All the very best.
