No Bull—This Employee Deserves the Spotlight!” 🐂

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Jeff Ray! 👏

Jeff has been part of the Trenton Processing team for 4 years, delivering products to and from our plant. He manages loading products and making sure they get to each of our wholesale route customers safely and on time. 🚚

While Jeff spends most of his time on the road, his favorite thing about work is the people he works with. He says that whether he’s loading up and heading out in the morning or returning at the end of the day, everyone is always friendly and helpful. That kind of teamwork is something we truly appreciate!

🌴 Jeff’s Interesting Question: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Jeff didn’t have a specific place in mind, just somewhere tropical! And honestly, we can’t blame him. Sitting on a beach, listening to the waves, with a coconut cocktail in hand doesn’t sound too bad. 🥥🌊☀️

🥩 Top Cut Tuesday! 🥩

Steve Herr has been part of the Trenton Processing team for the past 6 years, working hard in our meat-cutting department. Whether he’s helping make sure your processing order gets the proper cuts of meat or preparing the cuts you see in our storefront case, Steve plays an important role in getting the job done right!

When we asked Steve what his favorite thing about working at Trenton Processing is, his answer was simple: the paycheck that helps fund his Halloween decorating habit! 😂🎃 And if you’ve ever seen Steve’s Halloween setup, you know he takes that job VERY seriously. Come October, his house is definitely not going unnoticed! 👻 Although Halloween might be his decorating specialty, his favorite holiday is actually Christmas. 🎄

For our fun question, we asked Steve to name his top three favorite foods. His picks:

Steve is also known around here for keeping the workplace light with his humor, jokes, and personality. He definitely knows how to keep things interesting!

Wednesday Meat-Up! 🥩😉

Megan Schulte is in our employee spotlight this week! She has been part of the Trenton Processing family for the past 7 months, and she truly has been a fantastic addition to our team. Working in Route Fulfillment, she's one of the people behind the scenes making sure our route orders are accurately packaged, organized, and ready to hit the truck on delivery day. Lately, she's been lending a hand in the storefront, proving she's always willing to jump in wherever she's needed.

When we asked Megan what her favorite thing about working at Trenton Processing is, her answer couldn't have made us prouder: "The people. No one judges you here." 🥰
We have worked hard to build a workplace where everyone feels supported, valued, and comfortable being themselves without fear or failure, and we're so glad Megan feels that every day. 💜

Now for the fun question: 📺 Favorite TV Show: Boy Meets World
I think we can all agree with that classic! Megan veered more towards the "bad boy" type, with Shawn Hunter being her favorite.
