GREEN BEANS 💚 This one is a big staple in our household, so we try to can as much as possible this time of the year!

The recipe we used is very simple for others to enjoy —

RECIPE ⬇️
💚 Snap both ends of the green bean.
💚 Cut about 1-2 inches (on preference) for each green bean.
💚 Wash the green beans VERY well!
💚 Put in quart or pint size jars (we did quarts).
💚 Add canning salt into the jar with green beans (1/2 tsp for pint + 1 tsp for quarts).
💚 Fill jars with filtered water, double check and make sure there's no air pockets.
💚 Wipe your rims with vinegar, just to make sure they are clean!
💚 Put on rims and lids.
💚 Put jars in pressure canner; 10 lbs for 20 minutes (pints), 10 lbs for 25 minutes (quarts).
💚 Let rest for 12-24 hours before using or taking off bands.

Everyone spoke, we listened! PEACH for Saturdays flavor jam at The White Cart 🍑🧡

Fresh peaches, hand-squeezed lemon juice and honey from our honey bees makes the perfect mix 🤭 You won't want to miss it!
