Hey guys! It has been awhile. Working fulltime has kept me busy, but Easter is around the corner and we have delicious pork tamales coming just in time. Take them to your family as a second dish, or eat them before so your tummy is happy while you wait for Easter dinner! They will be ready this weekend and can be frozen until you are ready to feast.
