A little love, a little adventure, and a whole lot of puppy love! 🤎

This custom wedding cookie order was inspired by a beautiful Smoky Mountain celebration, complete with fall-colored mountain scenery, a sweet bride and groom, and two VERY important members of the wedding party—Evee & Dempsey! 🐶🐶

From their personalized floral collar and bow tie to the tiniest mountain details, every cookie was made with love. And of course, we couldn’t stop at cookies! Custom packaging, coordinating stickers, and a special gift presentation brought the entire theme together.

Wishing the happy couple a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventures together! 🧡

⛰️ Let the adventure begin… for BOTH of us. 🤎

This set is a little extra special.

It’s the very first cookie set created in my brand-new space — a new chapter and a new adventure for me. 🥹✨

But this weekend, an even bigger adventure is beginning. 💍⛰️🤎

I am absolutely DYING to share this set with you, but these cookies belong to the bride & groom first. They deserve the chance to see them, celebrate them, and enjoy all the little details on their wedding day before I share them here.

So for now… just a little peek at the theme. ⛰️🌲

✨ STUDIO UPDATE: 95% DONE! ✨

At some point you have to stop organizing, stop rearranging, stop saying “I just need to finish one more thing…” and actually GET BACK TO BUSINESS. 😂

The new shared home of Giulia’s Sugar Shop + Beans Made That is officially about 95% complete! 🩵🖤

There are still a few finishing touches to tackle, some decorating to do, and I haven’t even had time to take the pretty “final reveal” photos yet… but orders aren’t going to make themselves, so business must move forward! 🙌

What started as a basement full of supplies, equipment, shelving and a whole lot of “Where on earth are we going to put THAT?” has finally become a space where I can bake, create, design, print, package and run both businesses without taking over the entire house. 😂

And of course, every project needs management. Giulia has taken her role as Studio Supervisor very seriously. 🐾 Apparently sleeping on the job is part of her contract.

A huge thank you to my hubby for all the painting, building, moving, hanging, problem-solving and putting up with my endless “Wait… what if we moved this over there?” ideas. ❤️

It isn’t quite reveal-ready yet—but it’s functional, organized, and WE’RE BACK TO WORK!

The final 5% can happen around the orders. 😉

✨ THE STUDIO: BEFORE ✨

A little chaos before the magic… and there was definitely a LOT of chaos. 😂🩵

What started as “we’re just going to make the studio work a little better” somehow turned into packing everything up, new lighting and electrical, wall repairs, painting, trim, shelving, reorganizing…and approximately 47 trips to Home Depot. 😅

Thankfully, my hubby jumped right in and did a ton of the work (and tolerated all of my “while we’re at it…” ideas 🤣), while Giulia, President and Chief Supervisor, made sure everything was being done to her standards. 🐾👑

We’re officially about 95% DONE! 🙌🏼 There are still a few finishing touches I want to make, but at some point business has to move forward and I need to get back to actually creating things in this space! Between orders, work and life, I haven’t even had time to stop and take the pretty, cleaned-up final pictures yet.

But they’re coming. And I cannot WAIT to show you what this space looks like now. 🩵

For now…enjoy the BEFORE, because the transformation is pretty incredible.

🔥 The tribe has spoken… Sierra is 30! 🌴

This Survivor-inspired birthday set was SO much fun to create! 🥥🔥🌴 From the iconic torch and tropical palms to a custom Survivor plaque, every cookie was made for someone ready to take on her next adventure.

Because turning 30 deserves more than cake… it deserves its own immunity challenge. 😂

This is where Giulia’s Sugar Shop really began. 🍪🤎

Long before there was a business name, a logo, custom cookie cutters, or boxes tied with pretty bows, there was Grandma Cookie.

This embroidery, made by my Mom, has been in our family for years, and the words couldn’t be more perfect:

“But my grandma’s best by far because she has a cookie jar!!!”

Grandma Cookie made cookies because that’s how she loved people. A cookie wasn’t just something sweet—it was something you made for birthdays, holidays, visits, celebrations, and simply because someone you loved deserved a treat.

That tradition was passed down, and somewhere along the way, it grew into Giulia’s Sugar Shop. 🩵

The cookies may be a little fancier now, and Grandma Cookie probably never imagined 3D printers, edible images, custom packaging and all the other craziness that happens around here 😂—but the most important part hasn’t changed.

Cookies are still how we love people.

Every order that leaves my kitchen is a tiny continuation of something that started generations ago with Grandma Cookie and her cookie jar.

And that makes this little framed piece one of the most special things in my sugar shop. 🤎🍪

I’ve been keeping a pretty exciting secret… 🩵🍪

Giulia’s Sugar Shop is getting a brand-new cookie space! 🎉

This month, I’ll be renovating and reorganizing my cookie studio to create a space that’s prettier, more functional, and better equipped for all the mixing, baking, decorating, packaging—and cookie cutter collecting 😜—that happens behind the scenes.

What started as a little love for decorating cookies has grown into something I never could have imagined, and it feels pretty amazing to create a space that can grow right along with it. 🥹🩵

There may be a little construction chaos along the way, but don’t worry…

🍪 Same cookies.
🩵 Same love in every order.
✨ Just a much sweeter space to create them in!

I’m so excited to bring you along for the transformation and share some behind-the-scenes peeks as it all comes together.

🐘🩵 Welcome to the world, Baby Boy! 🩵🐘

This sweet little elephant set was SO much fun to bring to life! From tiny polka-dot ears and baby bundles to baby rattles, soft greenery and those adorable little elephant faces — every detail was designed to coordinate from one cookie to the next. 🌿

And can we talk about those teeny tiny baby feet?! 🥹

4 dozen hand-decorated cookies, six coordinating designs, lots of tiny details, and a whole lot of royal icing later… this little herd is ready to celebrate one very loved baby boy. 🩵
