gluten free flour (tapioca & potato starch base), bananas, “cream cheese” (mostly coconut & safflower oils with potato & corn starches), coconut sugar, flaxseed “egg”, unsalted vegan “butter” (mostly a blend of plant-based oils: palm & canola), unsweetened vanilla almond milk, baking soda, mineral salt, & nutmeg

All ingredients are non-GMO & organic whenever possible 💚💚💚

Found myself with extra EXTRA RIPE BANANAS today so… Imma make out of ‘em all… well, I might make 1️⃣ "cream cheese" filled loaf… 🤔

Oh yeah, I totally made this this week too‼️❌♨️🎃🥧🪄

I love how it got more “gelatinous” (no actual gelatin because it’s 💚) as it cooled longer in the fridge 🪭 Like day 2-3 was GOLDEN 💛

Next time I am playing more with taking it straight to the freezer to see if I get firmer results faster which I have done before in order to get truffle balls to stick better / hold their spherical shape 🧊❄️🟤⚪️🟠

Locally, there are really great resources for goods: the most offerings variety from Wegmans 🛒 & House of Nutrition 🏡
But it’s the combination of vegan AND gluten free that doesn’t always come together - especially for baked goods 🤔

Now I fully understand why. There aren’t any registered vegan & gluten free commercial kitchens nearby. There are some in NYC. But even then, I need to reach out directly to know their procedures because is a seriously legal phrase to put on your baked goods 👍

💖 I have another option for my kitchen use to try
(I will connect with them within a week - in person‼️)

💖 If that’s a go, it takes 4-6 weeks to get legally registered in Pennsylvania, USA 👩🏼‍⚖️

💖 I can legally immediately use the phase ❌🌾 until I get access to the proper commercial kitchen

💖 I have an opportunity to sell in NYC possibly every Sunday / often / to test that market, but I also need New York State registration 🗽

PA registry is easier to put together while the opportunity for serving the right audience is greater with the NYC market I found - literally thousands of foot traffic for hours of hungry, vegan-curious, already vegan people 💚🌱 People there actually suggested to me to set up & sell there. I didn’t even say much they are that interested 🤭

Cookies & brownies have crossover & can pretty much be inseparable at times ➡️
