✨✨SHORTHORN PLUS HEIFER✨✨

Dual Registerable, powerhouse - ready to go. I would love to hold on to this girl to be a steer mama in the future but this girl deserves to be shown. I bought her mom from Dustin Frank out of Nebraska a few years ago, and she has NEVER missed.

Fall calving season is in full swing for DNCC - and there is nothing better! 🐮

Nothing feels more like fall than great temps, fresh fall babies on the ground, and leaves starting to change.

Happy Fall and wish everyone a safe and plentiful harvest! 🍂🌽

✨✨PUREBRED SHORTHORN BULL AVAILABLE✨✨

This guy is gunna be hard to say goodbye too, but doesn't make much sense to keep another herd bull around the farm. He deserves to be somewhere to put him to good use! HEIFER SAFE and TRIPLE CLEAN. We bred our hold over heifers to him this year.

BSE passed with flying colors and he is ready to roll!

Our boys rounded out their summer at the Avon Fat Steer Show, where DNCC sponsored the bucket calf show like we have for multiple years now. This year we also gave each kid a bucket, which was so fun!

No matter where we live now, Avon will always be home - and it gives us so much joy to sponsor the next generation in the ring there every year!

Our youngest 3rd Gen, Brody, had a quick meeting with the cows today on breeding standards for this coming season. 🤪

He may have gotten a bit distracted by their current babies, if you can’t tell 🤣🥰

Love seeing the kid’s love for this life too!!
