If you need to cancel your crawfish order for the weekend—or anytime—please let us know so we can remove you from the list. This way, we won’t be left with crawfish that could have gone to someone else or be waiting for you to arrive. Thank you.

WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS FOR NEXT WEEK UNTIL MONDAY!!!
If you’re wanting live crawfish for next weekend (Easter Weekend),you will need to preorder them. We will not be taking orders until Monday of that week. Our phones are ringing off the hook, so if we don’t answer, please text us your name, how many sacks you need, and which day you want—starting Monday. We also won't know price until Monday for next week. This is one of our busiest weekends, so please bear with us, and thank you.
Also, remember our sacks average 30 lbs. We do not split sacks, and payment is due at pickup. If you need to cancel, please let us know ahead of time. We also have everything to go with your boil along with shrimp and crab legs.

When coming down the driveway, please go slow—we have livestock, kids, and dogs.

🦞 CRAWFISH SEASON NOTICE!

Feb 16-22/2026.

Some crawfish may be molting (shedding their shells) during this time of the season.
This is a natural process that happens with fresh, live crawfish as they grow.

We work hard to provide the best quality every day.

If anything isn’t perfect, please message us privately first — we’ll be happy to make it right on your next visit.

I just want to thank each and every one of you who came out last night to our Valentine's Day event! Y'all never cease to amaze me with how you show up and support us. But I do want to apologize for the chaos with the rain that came in; we spent most of the evening with no power. We had to get a generator going just to have light, so I hope y'all got the candlelight experience. Also, I want to apologize to the last two people who showed up, and we were out of crawfish - when I say we were slammed, I'm not exaggerating. Thank you all so much. And remember, after today, all cooking posts will be on Double M Catering page; this page will no longer post about cooking. So get on that page and leave us some reviews!
