Mountain Laurel Jerseys

Mountain Laurel Jerseys It is our pleasure to serve people by farming and supplying them with fresh, organic, nutritious food for their families.

We welcome you to check out our products and, if you’re in the area, join us for a farm tour. Mountain Laurel Jerseys Dairy is happy to announce that we are producing Grass Fed, Raw Milk from our Jersey cows. We are a multi-
generational family farm at the foot of Mt Adams and have been milking cows here since 1883. In 1997 we became certified Organic and
recently have received our license fro

m Washington State to sell Grade
A Raw Milk. Our Raw Milk is $6.00 per half gallon
We are not allowed to deliver milk in Oregon, but Oregon residents can come to Washington to pick up their milk. We currently make a trip once a week into Bingen-White Salmon, Carson, and Bonneville, WA. We'd like to encourage you to form a co-op with others, designate a driver, and pick up your milk directly from our farm. This will need to be prearranged to have it ready for your group. Our phone # is 509 395-2040

The Pearson Family

When the cows go back to eating fresh grass instead of hay, the milk gets sweeter and the cream gets thicker and yellower. See if you can notice the difference when you’re drinking our raw milk this week!

The happiness of our cows is something we value on the farm. It is important that our cows are living in the environment that they are created for. This means being 100% grass-fed on organic pastures that have no chemicals or pesticides at all.

It is so fun to see the cows so excited and happy to be running around and chomping down the fresh new grass! It’s a beautiful thing to see new life spring up once again after being buried in winter.

It is a family tradition on Saturday before Easter to go spelunking in one of the many lava caves in the valley. It is a reminder to us of the sacrifice of our Savior who was buried, and, as we exit the cave, we celebrate the life that we now have through His life! New life has been a theme for these past few weeks!

Raw Milk is our number one product here at MLJ Dairy! Our family doesn’t only drink raw milk straight, we enjoy making all sorts of things from it: yogurt, butter, kefir, ice cream, and cheese! The creaminess and sweetness of our jersey cows’ raw milk makes all these products even better than anything we could buy in the stores! Pick up an extra half gallon or two to try making your own homemade yogurt, butter, kefir, ice cream, or cheese! We would love to hear how it went and what you thought!

Milk is an honest translator of the environment that it comes from. You can taste the changes in the seasons, if the cow is happy and healthy, and if the farm is full of life. There is something so special about getting to produce a product that is so natural. Our practices work together with nature, and our customers get to enjoy the fruits of that with nothing added or taken away—100% organic, grass-fed raw milk! The richness and complexities of raw milk are a testament to the care and health of the farm!
