We got 900 gallons of sap from 11am yesterday til today at 8 am when Darren started the RO up ( on 311 taps) , holy sap run!!!!! So it's safe to say we will be boiling be later today...☺so far we are having a good year, given the crazy weather mother nature's given us. Enjoy your day!!!

Well our 2016 season is well under way... We have boiled about 2500(+/-) gallons of sap now, things are going smoothly considering the strange weather.

R.O is running sap & is still coming in...we just bottled 5 gallons into a bulk container plus put remaining syrup into our bottler to put into jugs... Dylan is getting ready to fire up evaporator...we should have about a 2 hr boil tonight...😊
