Turon Cake made for my lovely Nanay Bening's birthday.

Traditional Turon is a deep fried Lumpia/Spring Roll with Banana filling. Jackfruit is also sometimes added to give it a little sweetness.

This is my cake version of this Filipino dessert. Ang Sarap!!! 😋

Challenged myself and got creative! I created a 6in. 3-layer cake and 100 assorted cupcakes over the weekend. My hand hurt after 😂, but so worth it. I'm so happy how well it turned out. Btw, the Bride's Momma put this together. She did a great job. Just beautiful! ❤️
