Home Cooking is an art form as exciting as professional cooking, and calls for a specific approach to teaching. Learning to cook in the home must take into account that the Home Cook works alone, and without exotic equipment or ingredients. Yet, the Home Cook has the special advantage of intimacy...they know for whom they cook, and can imbue their food with emotion. The Complete Home Cook weaves a

thorough curriculum of instruction through a multi-media approach, employing a blog, an upcoming YouTube channel, and ultimately, a series of books. The emphasis is on learning proper technique, and a sophisticated understanding of food, including ingredients, food history, and nutrition. The goal is to promote a lifelong passion for cooking wonderful food in the home. Truly, the complete home cook should be able to cook anything, wonderfully.
