Homemade sourdough pancakes
Ingredients:
•2 cups flour
•2 teaspoons baking powder
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1 teaspoon salt
•2 tablespoons sugar
•1 cup sourdough starter discard
•2 Tablespoons melted butter
•1 egg
•1 cup milk
•1/2-1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
In a large bowl add all of your dry ingredients and whisk. I’m another bowl mix all of your wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add more butter milk. Whisk well and let sit for 30 minutes. Heat a griddle to 350 and butter. Pour out your pancakes and wait for bubbles to form inside the pancake then flip. It only takes a couple minutes. Enjoy!
