We just found out that the beef tenderloins and jowls will not make it on this truck. We will try to do them at a later date. Sorry for the inconvenience!

It's time! We are announcing the Annual Etzler Meat Sale that will be held on Friday, January 9th! Please read the post in its entirety.

If you have never been before here is some information on what is available:

Spare Ribs (comes in a pack of 2 racks - we do not cut these)
Fresh Hams (these weigh around 25lbs+ and can be cut up in chunks for sausage)
Fresh pork bellies (weighs 15lbs+ - will probably have both skin on and skinless)
Pork Tenderloins (usually weighs around 6-10lb - we do not cut)
Trimmings (sold by the box - MUST PREORDER)
Sausage (this will be made on Saturday, sells out quickly)
Country Hams (can be sliced)
Country Bacon (can be sliced)
Pork Chops (sliced to your desired thickness, a full rack makes about 25-30 1in chops, racks can also be cut into roasts)

The sale will start at 8am on that Friday. You may preorder by sending us a message through Messenger or commenting on this post.

We do not have prices yet and will not have them until the week of due to the ever-changing pork and beef prices.

If you have a pre-order for today’s sale, you may pick it up anytime before 6pm. If you have ordered sausage, you may pick up sausage orders on Saturday from 11-5. We have ordered a little extra, so if you did not place an order and would like to stop by, please do so. Thank you!

Attention Pre-Order Clients: the truck was a few hours late getting in. Pre-orders can be picked up after 11am tomorrow. Sausage orders can be picked up around noon on Saturday. Once I have your order ready I will send you your totals.

We had a record number of pre-orders this time. If you do not get everything you need, we will be ordering again in two weeks. Thank you for your patience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TOMORROW'S MEAT SALE:

If you have a PRE-ORDER, please let someone know when you arrive.

There may be a line and wait times could be long. We know it is cold. We will be cold also. Please be patient.

Some popular items will sell out quickly. We will have a second smaller sale two weeks from tomorrow, so if you do not get what you want, be sure to let us know and we will add you to the Pre-Orders for the second sale.

The driveway has been cleared but parking will still be a little iffy. Let us know if you need assistance. Please use caution coming to and from the Meat House.

We do not take CREDIT CARDS. Cash or check only.

Sausage will not be made until Saturday.

We are hoping to have pre-orders ready by Friday morning as long as the truck arrives on time. With the recent weather, we could experience delays. Please check the Facebook site on Friday morning for updates. Sausage will be made on Saturday, so if you have sausage in your order, you may want to wait to pick up on Saturday.

Who are we? Our staff is more than just employees --- they are family.

Etzler Country Hams is a family owned and operated business that has been in operation since the 1950’s. John L. Etzler, III began this process of curing hams and sidemeat with his own recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. John Etzler, IV and George Etzler (brothers) picked up where their father left off until a tragic tractor accident claimed John’s life. The farm is now run by George Etzler and his nephew, Jay Etzler (John, V) and Jay’s son, John, VI. It is a full-time ham/bacon operation as well as beef cattle farm.
