Pork & Greens Farm Pork & Greens is a woman-owned farm founded in July of 2020 in Castleton, NY.

We were founded out of the desire to develop an efficient and accessible system for feeding pigs food waste, and a year-round, soil based production of greens.

We are now serving ready to eat sandwiches! Starting tomorrow ar the first ! We are so excited to share these sandwich creations with you all, made from scratch with local ingredients! Come try one and celebrate spring!

Tomorrow’s MENU:
Kielbasa Roll- P&G Kielbasa, Pickled Apples () , Dijon Mustard, Sunflower Shoots on a Potato Bun

Chori Pan- P&G Chorizo, Shoot Chimichurri, Pickled Red Onions, Radish Micros on a baguette

Pea Shoots will be back at market this week!

We grow our Pea Shoots year round in our germ chamber that we converted from a beverage fridge (swipe to see). We keep them growing with heat mats and grow lights. It is a fine balance of of of timers and watering, but they are so worth it!
