The medication and injections for my injury in 2020 put 40 lbs on me. Healed from back surgery and knee surgery coming at some point however I've refused the meds and shots. The weight is coming off, and faster now that I'm pushing water, a gallon or more a day. Thanks to my twin from another mother and my cuz encouraging me!
