Exhibitor Check-In Information

The countdown to the 150th Troy Fair continues! If you’ve already registered your exhibits, it’s almost time to bring them to the fairgrounds.

📍 Check-In Location: Between Exhibit Hall 1 & 2

🕓 Early Check-In:
July 24, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

🕙 Regular Check-In:
July 25, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

⚠️ Reminder: No entries will be accepted during check-in days. All exhibits must be registered by the entry deadline.

🚫No Last-Minute Entries:🚫
