We haven’t been super active on our farm page lately! We’ve been extremely busy around here!

Today, I was cleaning out the feed/bunny barn when the inspectors decided to drop by…👀🫡

Our little Theo is growing like a w**d! He’s only six months old and is catching his mama fast! I’m thinking he’ll be bigger than she is. I often joke that he skipped over both the mini donkey and mini pony genes and will grow up to be a draft mule like Minnie one day!😆

He’s the sweet, softest, little guy you’ve ever seen. He’s also pretty thicc😏😂

He’s the best surprise I’ve ever had and I thank God for sending him to me.🫶🏻

My geese and ducks put themselves to bed tonight all on their on free will without me having to herd them in with food!! I thought that would never happen!! Geese and ducks are not like chickens that will automatically (for the most part) find their way back to the coop for the night. They will however follow me and a bucket of food back “home”. Time slipped away from me this evening and I was a little late with their grain and they went in all by themselves. I did a quick head count and was so proud! I just love our little mixed flock🐓🪿🦆🩵🩷

It’s been awhile since we’ve updated our farm page! That’s my fault. We’ve been distracted with spring time, new babies, vet visits, and working on many things around here that take a lot of time but don’t show a lot of progress. Here are some of the most recent pictures of some of the animals and our daily “goings on.”🖤🌱🐾

Happy Mother’s Day!💗

These are all the mothers on our farm. Even in the animal kingdom, nothing beats a mothers love.

*I included Minnie (our draft mule) because she is truly meant to be a mother, but because she’s a mule she’s never been one, biologically. She takes care of everyone, especially her little Olive, so that makes her a mother in my book.
