I started making cheesecakes 15 years ago in Blacksburg Virginia and have spent that time developing my recipes. I have had the pleasure of creating my dessert of choice for several local restaurants during my tenures there and enjoy working with customers input to produce an outstanding product, pleasing to the eye, and more importantly, the palate!
