We are loaded and headed to the Missouri state fair. Cobwebs dusted off. Our first show this year and last of the year. We are excited to see all our friend with their beautiful goats.

Tom and I were so excited to see an otter in our creek this morning! We are lucky to have an abundance of wildlife on our property!

With all the sheep posts lately, I wanted to get back to our nubian herd. I am excited to say our breeding list is being finalized. CIDRS go in less than 2 weeks. Big news for us is coming in the weeks to come. Stay tuned.

We have been very busy. Posting has been slow. These wonderful Black Nose Valais sheep came from Hesed Farms earlier this week. We have been floored by their gentle nature and loving attitudes. Moving from Michigan to central Missouri is a big temperature change for them. We were lucky enough to get Sharp Shear’n while they were traveling through Missouri to stop by and shear our new sheep, they were wonderful and we will use them in the future. Currently the Valais are in our isolation barn and under exhaust and ceiling fans. We got a break in the weather today, but they love their new hair cuts

The world’s cutest sheep are coming home!!

Finding great homes for our lambs is a must and we are honored to have our starter flock going to this wonderful home.
