We make craft tonic beverages using the best and most local ingredients we can get our hands on. All of our fermented tonics are brewed in natural materials like American oak and glass. We care deeply about making delicious and exciting beverages that feel good and play well with others.

COMMUNITY CIDER PRESS 🍏 is a project we’re excited to bring to life this year!

With our new Farm Cidery license, we’re stoked to start using our space, equipment and know-how for community cider pressing and fermentation. If you have apple trees that are making more apples than you can eat, bring them to us 🤲🏽

We’re reviving an old tradition. For centuries, villages around the Mediterranean have brought their olives and grapes to a shared community press, pooling the harvest and sharing in what it becomes. We’re doing the same thing with apples and turning them into hard cider and ACV 🥂

Can’t wait to press your apples and enjoy in community ✨

MEET DAN!! 🐻 We’re happy to welcome to the team Dan who brings so much steadiness & gentle energy to our space with the know-how to support this work.

You’ll mostly find him in the back of house and production floor during the week taking care of online orders, our in-house packaging and servicing wholesale accounts. You will occasionally see him at the tasting room too! Ask him about film production, making music and the ritual of lighting incense ✨
