Why the name "Night Kitchen Cakes"? With 5 children ages 12 and under, my time for the business is limited during the day. Daytime is reserved for designing, consultations and of course baking, but after the children go to bed, is when the Night Kitchen comes alive. The lights come on at 10:00pm and do not go out until the cake is done....or when the children wake up in the morning....whichever comes first!
