🎃 The kitchen smelled like caramelized autumn before the kettle ever started boiling!

Gourdgeous Ale brew day is here, and it began with my wife’s ( Gauri Phadke Nath ) most important prep work. 🙌 Butternut squash roasted with brown sugar and molasses until rich, golden, and beautifully caramelized—then added to the boil for 60 minutes. From kitchen aromas to kettle — bringing fall to life. 🍺

The Forgotten Can! 🍺

Somehow, this can of Bohemian Dark Velvet, a Czech Dark L***r, had been hiding deep in the fridge for the past few months… until my wife Gauri Phadke Nath found it. 😄

Of course, there was only one thing left to do—crack it open and see how it held up. 🍻

Sometimes the best camping trips are the ones where your phone barely works.

From Bohemian Dark Velvet by the campfire to Konkan Mist on a warm summer afternoon, and Sunny Sessions whenever the sun was out, every b**r found its perfect moment.

Homebrew, fresh air, and a weekend away from the everyday—enjoyed around the campsite and under the trees.
