This Black History Month, we put the spotlight where it belongs — on our chefs. 💙
Throughout February, our culinary team led the way by writing and executing their own feature menus inspired by heritage, influence, and innovation. We cooked from the pages of celebrated Black chefs, hosted Teaching Kitchens centered on culture and technique, and created intentional spaces for learning through food. Driven by creativity.
