We do have our after hours cooler on for deer drop off.
It’s behind the shop.
There are tags and zip ties provided. Please put your name and phone number and secure the tag to the leg of your deer. Please pull to back and sides of cooler to make room for others. Also make sure it is completely gutted. Leave hide on or wrap in plastic if you skin it.
Then you can call shop next business day and we will get your cutting information and tag number.

We are curing them with our white sugar cure. Then rubbing them with brown sugar before hickory smoking them!!
If you think our smoked pork chops are good, you’re going to love these.
