Ridley's Bakery Cafe was opened in 1989 by Jacqui Ridley. The menu started small, offering homemade baked goods and coffee. The cafe was an instant s

uccess, and quickly became known as a staple for Troy residents. As the bakery continued to grow and become well known throughout the Metro Detroit area, the menu expanded as well. Ridley's added a lunch, gift basket and catering menu to the mix. Having always been an advocate for supporting small local businesses, Karl has been committed to giving back to the community and local schools.
