2025 was the year of farming with a two year old, of no more baby carriers or hiking backpacks, of watching the farm from the sandbox sidelines, of having a big crew, of ending work at 3pm and cooking dinner as a family, of crop loss from drought, the best tomatoes we’ve ever grown, of building a deer fence, of a big CSA and lots of wholesale. 2025 was the year of farm dinners, barn renovations, and way too early snowfall. 2025 was the year of being so busy that my phone was away, few pictures were taken, hundreds of text messages unanswered but lots of beautiful fleeting moments went unrecorded. 2025 was a year of so much food grown on very little land and lots of full bellies and new friends. 2025 was our 7th season growing food on this farm and we love what we do more now than ever before. Cheers to a new year of doing this work that we love so much and all of the incredible people who believe in what we do.
