Don’t forget tomorrow, just for this a Saturday, Tower Grove farmers market will be at Tower Grove Church parking lot, 4257 Magnolia avenue.

We will have our German Nuremberg sausage. It is known as the “key hole” sausage, was often fed to prisoners through the keyhole by family members. Ours is a more modern recipe from the 19th century when this sausage had its heyday. Spiced with marjoram, mace, allspice, and fresh lemon peel, it is found at farmers market in Germany, often with three finger sized sausages served on a plate with bread and mustard. These sausages are best grilled or fried.

We have limited quantity of Thai pork stir fry, only available at Tower Grove market.

We have a “Reindeer Goat” again on the farm 🤣. That happens when a goat keeps putting his/her head through the fencing because the grass is greener on the other side, but ends up getting stuck and can’t get the head back out. So this little girl is getting “an antler” until she grows up a little bigger and can’t get her head through the fence.
