Hurlburt Farms Mini Nubians and Orpingtons

At Hurlburt Farms our goal is to breed quality Mini Nubian Dairy Goats to fit your needs. We also raise Orpington chickens for sale.

We are a small family farm of Mini Nubian Dairy Goats. We have 2nd to 5th generation doe and 3rd & 4th generation herd sires. We are breeding for conformation and milk. Our herd is CAE free, G6S normal and we keep a closed herd. We also raise several breeds of Orpington chickens for sale.

This is what I strive for in our breeding program. Hurlburt Farms PM Princess Dora. Dora’s dam is Hurlburt Farms AAA Dorothea 6*P and sire is Mini Ranch Prinz Magleby +B. I am over the moon with Dora’s FF udder!

So this happened in the wee hours of the morning while I was snoozing. Checked Magaly at 11:00 pm and no signs of labor. At 2:00 am we had 2 babies on the ground. They are Hurlburt Farms PM Princess Magaly and Hurlburt Farms J3.14 Miles Hi Pi *B babies. Look at that Roman nose on that girl and a chocolate buckling! So blessed!

This happened yesterday…Hurlburt Farms PM Princess Analeigh blessed us with this little guy…well not so little weighing in at seven and a half pounds. Analeigh milked 3.3 # of colostrum and she is just a little lady. What a girl!

Look at these girls! On this cold and blustery December day at Hurlburt Farms thought I’d share some fall photos of our standard Nubians. On the left is Never Fail Hazelnut Latte (aka Hazel) and the right is Never Fail Liberty Bell (aka Libby). Two lovely girls showing a lot of promise!

Look at these two! Hurlburt Farms J3.14 S’more Pi Plz x Kessel Run WS Wise Moshe *B. This pairing will be one to watch. S’more will be a FF in the spring. Really looking forward to see her udder and production. She is a Jack granddaughter. Moshe has a lot to offer to this pairing including milky genetics. Expecting great things from S’more and Moshe!
